DEPUTY CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER (SHARED MOBILITY)

Overview

Works directly with the Chief Operations Officer to oversee the operations, maintenance, and development of Metro's transit and shared mobility system including the development and implementation of policies, plans, and programs focused on ensuring safety, cleanliness, service quality, and customer experience.

Seeking an executive with extensive experience driving innovation in mobility solutions and infrastructure management. Proven track record of spearheading the development, implementation, and oversight of Express Lanes, Advanced Traffic Management Systems (ATMS), and Advanced Traveler Information Systems (ATIS) as well as management and oversight of maintenance contracts. Skilled in fostering high-impact coalitions with internal and external stakeholders, utilizing innovative financing and strategic procurement to deliver sustainable, technology-driven transportation systems.
