Hoop Nursing are seeking an experienced Deputy Nursing Manager to deliveroutstanding person-centred care in a supportive and welcoming nursing service in the Cardiff area. As theDeputy Manager, you willjoin a highly experiencedleadership team and will support with the continued delivery of high-quality care and clinical excellence.

Essential:

• Proven experience in a Deputy Manager orClinical Leadrole within a nursing home setting.
• Registered Nurse qualification with an active PIN
• Strong knowledge ofsafeguardingand clinical governance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Demonstrable experience of managing teams and driving quality improvements
• Passionate about delivering exceptional care and achieving positive outcomes for residents
