This leadership role involves managing multi-layered sales teams, driving regional business strategy, and ensuring strong execution across multiple territories.The ideal candidate should have proven experience in handling geographically spread field sales teams and must be comfortable with frequent travel across the entire Maharashtra region for business operations, team management, and market expansion activities. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage Area Managers, Team Leaders, and large field sales teams across MaharashtraDrive zonal sales performance and ensure achievement of business targets and KPIsDevelop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with organizational growth goalsConduct regular performance reviews, field visits, training sessions, and skip-level meetingsMonitor sales productivity and improve operational efficiency across territoriesBuild strong relationships with key channel partners, clients, and stakeholdersAnalyze market trends, business performance, and sales metrics to identify growth opportunitiesEnsure proper implementation of company policies, IRDAI compliance, and audit standardsDrive business expansion initiatives across urban and semi-urban markets in MaharashtraCoordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution of sales operations
