Development Team Lead

Mission

We’re looking for a hands‑on Development Team Lead to drive delivery, technical execution, and team performance within one of our squads. You’ll play a key role in enhancing and innovating our core products, while ensuring predictable delivery and high engineering standards.

You will collaborate closely with Chapter Leads, Technical Business Analysts, and Project Managers, work on complex features, and guide your team in a hands‑on, agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery within the squad, ensuring committed work is completed within the sprint
• Break down epics into clear technical tasks and guide the team through execution
• Validate technical feasibility and ensure work is ready before development starts
• Collaborate with Project Managers on planning, scope, and timelines, while protecting team capacity
• Ensure high-quality delivery, including development, testing, and release readiness
• Align implementation with chapter standards and technical guideline
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early and drive resolution
• Take ownership of the technical direction within the squad
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and day-to-day guidance
• Drive team performance, engagement, and continuous improvement

About You

• Ideally 5+ years of commercial software development experience and strong understanding of SOLID design principles.
• Experience in C#
• Experience with Entity Framework, .NET Core 2+ and/or .NET Framework 4.7+
• Experience with Azure cloud platform (apps, databases, services, etc.)\Experience with a service bus/queuing framework (ASB, RabbitMQ, MassTransit, Kafka, etc.)
• Experience in a team lead role is a strong plus
• Experience in front-end technologies is a strong plus

You have experience working on complex systems and are comfortable taking ownership of delivery within a team. You communicate clearly, collaborate effectively with different stakeholders, and maintain a structured approach to building scalable solutions.

You take responsibility for both the quality of the work and the performance of the team, and you actively contribute to improving how the team operates.
