Harters Lakeside Disposal is seeking a responsible and experienced *2nd Shift Lead Diesel Technician/Foreman* to join our growing maintenance team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys mentoring others, and wants to grow with a family-owned company.

As a Lead Technician/Foreman, you will be responsible for scheduling, training, and assisting in all repairs and preventative maintenance on our heavy-duty truck fleet. We are continuously expanding, adding new equipment, and looking for individuals who will treat our trucks like their own.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Perform routine maintenance and preventative service on equipment * Diagnose and analyze mechanical issues * Develop and execute repair plans * Follow established checklists and repair protocols * Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace * Track and document maintenance records accurately * Ensure all equipment is in proper working condition * Manage parts inventory and order as needed * Mentor and support team members * Follow all safety guidelines and best practices
