Digital Product Designer

As a Digital Product Designer, you will focus on understanding business needs, empathizing with users, and crafting intuitive, impactful experiences. In addition, you will leverage AI as a collaborator to accelerate design processes and explore possibilities—while ensuring human judgment and intent remain central to all decisions.

You will design user-centric, AI-aware experiences that are responsible, practical, and grounded in real user needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong foundation in interaction and visual design with a user-first mindset
• Problem-solving approach with a continuous learning attitude
• Experience across the design lifecycle: research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (e.g., generative AI, copilots, automation tools)
• Ability to critically evaluate and refine AI-generated outputs
• Understanding of human-in-the-loop design principles
• Awareness of biases and limitations in AI-generated content
• Ability to work across interfaces and emerging interaction patterns
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Skills commensurate with those typically expected from 0–2 years of experience in interaction and UI design

What You Will Do:

• Design end-to-end user experiences aligned with user needs and business goals
• Leverage AI tools to support research, ideation, and prototyping
• Create wireframes and prototypes, including AI-driven or adaptive interactions
• Validate and refine AI outputs using design principles and user context
• Ensure human oversight in AI-assisted workflows and product experiences
• Contribute to and maintain design systems for consistency and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, research)
• Clearly communicate design decisions and rationale
• Promote responsible and ethical use of AI in product design
