Director Business Intelligence

Are you a strategic Business Intelligence leader who enjoys building enterprise analytics platforms and turning data into business value?

We're partnering with an established organization seeking a Director of Business Intelligence to lead enterprise-wide data, analytics, and reporting initiatives. This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll collaborate with executive stakeholders to modernize data platforms, drive automation, and deliver actionable insights that support business growth.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the Business Intelligence and Analytics function, setting the vision and roadmap for enterprise reporting.
• Build and optimize data warehouses, data lakes, and scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Develop executive dashboards and self-service reporting solutions.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to deliver data-driven solutions across multiple business functions.
• Champion data governance, quality, and analytics best practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of BI developers, data engineers, and analysts.

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Analytics experience.
• 5+ years leading BI or Analytics teams.
• Strong experience with SQL, Python, cloud-based analytics platforms, and enterprise data architecture.
• Expertise with Power BI, Tableau, data warehousing, ETL/ELT, APIs, and cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
• Experience supporting enterprise reporting, automation, and data governance initiatives.
• Background in the energy, utilities, commodities, or similar industries is highly preferred.
