Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRelocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 Job Summary:Emergency Room Director is responsible for directing all aspects of ER operations including managing and mentoring staff, developing and enforcing policies and procedures, preparing and maintaining accreditation and accountability for the ER's budget and productivity. Qualifications:Current (or eligible) New Mexico RN license required.Seven years healthcare experience with at least three years experience in a leadership role.Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
