Director of Construction

Construction Director EPC / EPCM Projects

We are looking for a senior Construction Leader to drive execution of large, complex EPC/EPCM projects, ensuring safe, on-time, and cost-effective delivery.

This role typically includes construction of :

Oil & Gas plants (refineries, petrochemical units)Power plants (thermal, renewable, nuclear)Chemical & process plantsHeavy manufacturing facilitiesLarge infrastructure (ports, pipelines, terminals)

New plant setup (Greenfield)Expansion / revamp of existing facilities (Brownfield)Multi-site, complex global projects

Role Summary : The Construction Director will lead end-to-end construction execution, focusing on strategy, project readiness, risk management, and delivery excellence, while aligning with overall project and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities : Lead construction execution across multiple projects and locationsEnsure alignment with schedule, cost, quality, and safety targetsDrive constructability reviews, planning, and site mobilizationManage subcontractors, site operations, and construction risksChampion HSE compliance and a strong safety cultureSupport bid management with execution strategies and inputsBuild strong client and stakeholder relationshipsMentor and develop construction leadership teams

Preferred Candidate Profile : Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical)25+ years of experience in EPC/EPCM construction deliveryProven track record in leading large, complex projectsStrong expertise in commercials, contracts, and risk managementExperience managing multi-location / large-scale site operationsExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
