Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $160,000 to $180,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning activities by developing forecasts projections and models to support business decisions.
• Review financial statements reports and operational results to identify trends and performance drivers.
• Support budgeting and month end processes through analysis reporting and financial oversight.
• Conduct variance analysis and research findings to provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Partner with finance leadership on strategic initiatives system enhancements and special projects.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor degree in finance accounting or a related field.
• Bring six or more years of experience in financial planning analysis and financial modeling roles.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of accounting principles general ledger activity and reconciliation processes.
• Use Excel at an advanced level and possess proficiency with business reporting applications.
• Communicate effectively through strong presentation interpersonal and written communication skills.
