The Director of Human Capital and General Affairs is responsible for leading the strategic and operational functions of Human Resources and General Affairs. This role ensures that the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while maintaining efficient administrative, facility, and corporate service operations. The Director will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership and play a key role in shaping organizational culture, workforce planning, and operational excellence. Main Role Human Capital LeadershipDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and long-term goals.Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and organizational development.Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure optimal staffing levels and future talent readiness.Establish and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.Drive employee engagement programs to foster a positive and productive work environment.Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers on people-related matters.General Affairs ManagementOversee general administrative operations, including office management, facility management, procurement, and corporate services.Ensure the availability, safety, and maintenance of company facilities, equipment, and workspaces.Manage company assets, vendor relationships, and service contracts to ensure cost efficiency and quality.Lead initiatives related to workplace safety, security, and business continuity.Coordinate corporate events, travel management, and other administrative support functions.Strategic & Financial ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage the annual budget for Human Capital and General Affairs.Monitor and optimize operational costs while maintaining service quality.Provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership based on HR analytics and operational data.Leadership & CollaborationLead, mentor, and develop the Human Capital and General Affairs teams to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to support organizational priorities and change management initiatives.Serve as a cultural ambassador, promoting company values and fostering a cohesive organizational culture.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in HR and General Affairs, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development principles.Proven experience in managing administrative operations and facilities.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
