Director of Software Engineering

Salary: $320,000 – $420,000 base + bonus + equity An innovative edge AI semiconductor company is looking for an Embedded AI Platform Director to lead development of its embedded software ecosystem, SDKs, and edge AI deployment platform. This is a highly technical leadership role for someone with deep embedded systems expertise, strong edge AI deployment knowledge, and experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams while remaining hands‑on. What You’ll Do Lead embedded software, platform, validation, and AI engineering teams Define software architecture, SDK strategy, and edge AI roadmap Drive development of embedded inference pipelines and deployment tooling Collaborate closely with silicon, hardware, and systems teams Remain technically involved in architecture reviews, debugging, and optimization Guide integration with TensorFlow Lite, ONNX Runtime, FreeRTOS, and Zephyr What We’re Looking For 12+ years embedded software experience 4+ years leading engineering teams Strong hands‑on Embedded C/C++ and Python skills Deep RTOS experience (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, or similar) Knowledge of quantization, inference optimization, and constrained hardware Background in semiconductors, embedded AI, or edge computing preferred Nice to Have TensorFlow Lite / TFLite Micro ONNX Runtime TVM / Edge Impulse ARM or RISC-V platforms Take the next step in your career and apply today! #J-18808-Ljbffr
