Description

Description: The Purchasing & Warehouse Coordinator is key to our success and directly supports our Operations & Production teams. You have plenty of experience with Purchasing as well as Warehouse management (shipping/receiving/organizing).

Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm

Warehouse Operations Management

• Warehouse Management
• Shipping & Receiving
• Manage Inventory & Transfers
• Freight carrier relationships
• Training Ops Associates
• Managing Ops Associates
• Deploying Warehouse Management Software (WMS)

Other Responsibilities

• Manage Freight Carrier Relationships/Mgmt (Broker, UPS, FedEx)
• Building Maintenance (6 locations)
• Fleet Management
• Handle Insurance for Properties
• Participate in Leases (New & Renewal)
• Maintain Office Supplies
• Travel to each location (1x/qtr)
• Direct Reports (6-8)

AV Express' Contribution to You

• $90k to $110k (Based on Experience)
• 16 days PTO (earned on accrual)
