SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Project Director to organize and coordinate. You will provide strategic guidance to teams and oversee the day to day progress of operations. Act as a liaison between Senior Management and the project team, and are responsible for the project's success from start to finish.
Roles and responsibilities:Proven track record with managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders in matrix organizationAbility to maintain RAID, run triage callsProven track record to create and maintain project planCo-ordinate project governanceMaintain Action tracker
Planning: Defining the project's scope and deliverables, curtailing scope creepLeading: Coordinating with the project team to meet milestones and quality standardsMonitoring: Tracking progress and reporting on milestones and deliverablesIdentifying and minimizing risks: Identifying and managing risks throughout the project's life cycleEvaluating: Conducting a post-project evaluation to identify what was successful and what wasn't
RequirementsProven experience as a Project DirectorThorough understanding of project management techniques and methodsWork as Individual ContributorProven experience in using MS Office suite, particularly MS Project, MS Excel and Power Point (Proficiency with Excel, Power Point, ServiceNow)Excellent communication skills
