Reportingto the CEO, the Director of Sales and Marketing plays a strategic role inAvversita’s growth and brand visibility. He or she is responsible for thecommercial strategy, business development, and execution of marketinginitiatives that enhance brand awareness and generate new businessopportunities.
KeyResponsibilities
- Define and execute Avversita’s growth strategy in collaboration with the CEO and leadership team.
- Develop new business opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing.
- Respond to RFPs and participate in the preparation of proposals and commercial presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners (SAP, Microsoft, etc.) and clients.
- Oversee marketing and content strategy: campaigns, events, digital presence, and brand image.
- Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to produce promotional materials and manage campaigns.
- Track commercial and marketing performance using key metrics and recommend improvements.
- Participate in strategic growth decisions and contribute to long-term business planning.
- Promote Avversita’s culture and embody its values with employees, clients, and partners.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing within professional services, IT, or SaaS.
- Strong knowledge of SAP, BI, Datasphere/BDC, or digital transformation solutions.
- Proven skills in prospecting, negotiation, and managing complex RFPs.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and verbal.
- Strategic, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
- Collaborative leadership style and ability to build trust-based relationships.
