Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAdecco is currently recruiting for a Dispatcher for a construction business located in the Robinson Township area of Pittsburgh, PA. The main duties will be to coordinate material, sub-contractors, equipment, and personnel to ensure jobs are completed and ready to bill per customers’ needs. This position could turn into a permanent opportunity!Please Apply Now!ResponsibilitiesMaintain complete confidentiality of information pertaining to the company and other proprietary informationPrepare the daily schedule for all jobs.
Before scheduling validate:The job site is ready for the team to complete the phase of work scheduledMaterial is readyTechnical expertise is availableCommunicationMaintain direct contact with field personnelInform the field teams of special instructions or changesDocument input provided by the field teamsInform management team of project status and any changesInform the financial team when jobs are ready to billEnsure quality and safety standards are met or exceededEnforce company policies regarding OperationsPrepare status reportsMaintain a good rapport with the Customers by resolving conflicts in a timely mannerBuild rapport and productive working relationships with office and field personnelMinimum Skills RequirementThree years of experience in the construction industry preferred.One year scheduling personnel to complete jobsComputer literate:Ability to function independently using simple spreadsheets, and novice in using scheduling softwareIndependently perform internet searchesCommunicate via email and text on phones, computer, and tabletMonday through Friday 7am to 5pmStarting pay between $25 to $28 per hour depending on experiencePlease Apply Now!Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan. Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
