We are looking for a Distribution Warehouse Coordinator to join our distribution team in Ahmedabad at plant. This role focuses on managing warehouse operations and ensuring seamless movement of cold chain and non-cold chain products.

Key Responsibilities:Manage inbound and outbound warehouse operations for Cold Chain and Non-Cold Chain productsPlan manpower deployment, packing materials, and budgets to ensure smooth operationsEnsure compliance and monitoring of walk-in coolers and data loggersLead audits and ensure adherence to SOPs and corporate guidelinesDrive continuous improvement and operational efficiency at the hubEnsure statutory and regulatory compliance for warehouse operationsCoordinate with internal teams and service providers for system and project rolloutsManage stock taking, reconciliation, discrepancy analysis, and stock hygieneEnsure timely closure of warehouse-related issues and complaintsAlign dispatch planning with sales requirementsPrepare MIS and operational reportsSupport ASRS implementation and stabilizationEnsure timely distribution of finished goods

Eligibility Criteria:Experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operationsExposure to cold chain handling will be an advantageStrong planning, coordination, and analytical skillsKnowledge of inventory control, compliance, and warehouse processes
