Divisional Operations Leader (DOL) – TC Family of Companies: (Inferno • DTK • Dri-Lok)
Location: Columbus-based, with travel to Athens and future markets.

Purpose of the Role
The Divisional Operations Leader (DOL) creates clarity, consistency, accountability, and visibility across Inferno, DTK, and Dri-Lok operations.
This leader builds strong people, scalable systems, meaningful measurement, and operational excellence. The DOL owns day‑to‑day operational performance while identifying opportunities, eliminating inefficiencies, and driving continuous improvement.
Success in this role comes from developing leaders, creating visibility through data and reporting, improving profitability, and ensuring the business consistently delivers for employees, customers, and employee owners.

- Ensure crews and equipment are effectively utilized

- Maintain performance at or above industry benchmarks where appropriate
- Maintain an ongoing market study for all companies, including labor trends, pricing, competitors, customer expectations, and industry changes.
- Help teams understand the connection between operational performance, profitability, and ESOP value

Salary Range: $80,000–$130,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated leadership.
This position is also eligible for a performance‑based annual bonus of up to 10% of base salary, based on individual and company performance.
