Internal Medicine physician job in Kentucky :

A health services network in Kentucky is actively seeking a licensed Primary Care Physician in Louisville to provide comprehensive outpatient care to an older adult patient population in a collaborative clinical setting.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: Standard business hours
• Setting: Outpatient clinical setting

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care services to adult patients, with a focus on the 55+ population
• Manage a daily patient volume of approximately 20 to 22 patients
• Diagnose, treat, and monitor common acute and chronic conditions
• Coordinate care with the site medical director and other clinical team members
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a team-based outpatient environment

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
• Active medical license in Kentucky
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Recent clinical practice experience within the last year

Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
