Elmore Place is Hiring a Full-Time Shuttle Driver $15.00 per hour | 32 Hours Per Week | Weekends Required At Senior Star, our Drivers do much more than transport residentsthey create meaningful moments along the way. Whether you're taking a resident to an appointment, supporting a community outing, or sharing a friendly conversation, you'll help residents stay connected to the people, places, and experiences they love. What You'll Do Safely transport residents to medical appointments, shopping trips, community outings, and special events. Deliver legendary hospitality by creating a warm, welcoming, and engaging experience for every resident and guest. Assist residents as they enter and exit the vehicle with patience, kindness, and professionalism.

Perform routine vehicle safety inspections and help keep community vehicles clean and well maintained. Partner with the Maintenance team during slower periods by assisting with general maintenance and community projects. Be a positive ambassador for Senior Star and help create a top in class experience for residents and families every day.

What We're Looking For A safe driving record. DOT certification (or the ability to obtain). No CDL required.

Ability to pass a drug screening. A friendly, dependable, and service-minded attitude. Someone who enjoys working with older adults and building meaningful relationships.
