Provides tenancy support services for OMH Supported Housing clients, HUD Housing participants, and Homesteads on Ampersand residents.We are hiring for multiple full-time schedules:2 openings: Monday–Friday, choice of 8:00am–4:00pm, 8:30am–4:30pm, or 9:00am–5:00pm1 opening: Monday–Friday, 2:30pm–10:30pm What your day might look like:Perform clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and answering phonesAssist with screening/admission and discharge processes for program participantsComplete assessments to identify needs and connect residents with appropriate servicesSupport participants in developing individualized Housing Support PlansProvide rehabilitative tenancy support services consistent with OMH Supported Housing guidelinesConduct routine in-home visits with residentsPerform unit inspections to ensure compliance with Housing Quality Standards (HQS)Your skills and qualifications:Associate degree in Human Services OR High School diploma with 3 years of human services experienceValid NYS driver’s license with record acceptable to BHSN’s insurance carrierReliable transportation for local travelStrong computer and data entry skillsAbility to lift up to 20 lbs., bend, and climb stairsWhat’s in it for you?Comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, paid time off, and holiday payWork directly in the community, making a meaningful impactSupportive and accessible leadership teamRobust coaching, training, and opportunities for career growthOpportunities for advancement within a rapidly expanding organizationCommunity discounts, loan forgiveness options, and moreBHSN is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to fostering Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion so every team member feels valued, supported, and able to thrive.
