We're looking for a dynamic Production Supervisor with more than five years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Your role will focus on overseeing production schedules, conducting shift meetings, and maintaining operating standards for health and safety. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure compliance with GMP and Health & Safety Standards • Lead production teams and conduct performance reviews • Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes daily • Facilitate communication on production metrics • Uphold production data integrity

Requirements: • 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing • Technical education is an asset, experience equivalent is acceptable • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles is a plus • Strong leadership and time management abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
