Job Description
What you will do: Develop and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce partners and vendors. Negotiate and manage agreements to support business objectives. Lead initiatives for warehouse expansion and optimization.
Ensure efficient inventory distribution across multiple locations. Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partner operations with company systems. Monitor and improve service levels, cost efficiency, and operational.
Identify new opportunities for partnerships and operational improvements. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decisions. Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Mitigate risks associated with partner operations and logistics. What you will need: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in e-commerce operations or business partnership roles, with 5 years leadership experience.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Expertise in multi-warehouse operations and supply chain processes. Analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making ability.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to manage complex projects and drive cross-functional collaboration. Familiarity with ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, and logistics networks.
