We operate with our own trucks and warehouse space, giving us the ability to handle all types of cargowhether it's a full container load (FCL) or less-than-container load (LCL). We offer multiple sailings each week, giving you flexible options that meet your schedule.

Job Summary:AJC Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Logistics Intern to join our team in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This internship provides hands-on exposure tologistics, ocean freight operations, and customer account management within our Eagle Logistics Systems division.
The intern will support day-to-day operations while learning core logistics processes, including booking coordination, and customer communication. This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, gain real-world supply chain experience, and contribute to live customer accounts.
ResponsibilitiesSupport customer service efforts by assisting with communication and relationship management for assigned accountsHelp manage customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-upAssist in creating and maintaining shipment files(bookings, container specifications, sail dates, pre-billing etc.)Coordinate booking requests with steamship lines under supervisionSupport appointment scheduling and reportingAssist inshipment updates to customersHelp monitor and report discrepancies (damage, shortages, overages)Support documentation processes, including bills of ladingTrack sailing schedules and assist with system updates and customer notificationsParticipate in service issue investigations and support resolution efforts

QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related fieldPrior internship or coursework in logistics, transportation, or operations is a plus, but not required
Language RequirementsCandidates are required to read, write, and speak English & Spanish fluently.
