Early Childhood Educator

Siate Felici is a primary school with a strong focus on the Reggio Emilia approach in the early years. We are seeking a passionate, reflective, and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team in both Jubilee Hills and Janwada Campuses and support young learners during their foundational years.

The RoleThe Early Childhood Educator will create a nurturing, engaging, and inspiring learning environment that supports children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and implement developmentally appropriate, inquiry-based learning experiencesObserve, document, and reflect on children's learning to guide curriculum planningFoster a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environmentSupport children's social-emotional development and positive behaviorBuild strong partnerships with families through open and respectful communicationCollaborate with colleagues and participate in reflective practiceEnsure all health, safety, and school policies are followed

Qualifications & RequirementsDiploma or degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field)Experience or strong interest in the Reggio Emilia approachKnowledge of child development and play-based learningCPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)Background check/clearance as required
