Role Overview
As an Ecommerce Business Analyst Intern, you will work closely with our Key Account Management and Operations team to track client performance, prepare data reports, and support business decisions across multiple marketplace platforms. This is a hands-on role where you will be working on real brand accounts from Day 1.
Key Responsibilities
– Track and analyze client performance metrics across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other platforms
– Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports covering sales, traffic, conversions, returns, and inventory
– Monitor competitor listings, pricing trends, and category performance
– Support analysis of Sponsored Ad campaigns, deals, and promotional events
– Assist in catalog audits including listing quality, content gaps, and image compliance
– Consolidate data from multiple marketplace portals into unified trackers and dashboards
– Coordinate with internal teams and flag pending tasks for timely resolution
– Document SOPs and process notes for operations and reporting workflows
Requirements
– Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets — pivot tables, formulas, and charts
– Good written communication skills in English
– Strong attention to detail and ability to handle data-driven tasks with accuracy
– Self-driven, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
– Prior exposure to Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or any marketplace portal is an advantage
