We are looking for an experienced EE Architecture Lead to drive vehicle-level Electrical & Electronic (E/E) architecture across automotive platforms. This role focuses on building scalable, future-ready architectures aligned with performance, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:Lead E/E architecture definition for vehicle platforms/programsDefine and maintain ECU topology and domain architectureDesign network architecture (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Automotive Ethernet)Define power distribution and electrical load conceptsOwn architecture decisions, trade-offs, and governanceAlign E/E architecture with functional domains (ADAS, Infotainment, Body, Powertrain, Chassis)Collaborate with Tier 1 suppliers and cross-functional teamsEnsure compliance with ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) & ISO 21434 (Cybersecurity)Drive modular, scalable, and SDV-ready architecturesReview architecture changes, impact analysis, and deviationsSupport RFQs, sourcing decisions, and platform strategiesMentor team members and junior architects

Required Skills:Strong expertise in vehicle E/E architecture and ECU landscapeExperience in ECU partitioning and domain-based architecturesHands-on knowledge of CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Automotive EthernetUnderstanding of power modes, diagnostics, and system robustnessExposure to ADAS, Infotainment, Telematics, and Body systemsExperience working with OEMs / Tier 1 suppliersKnowledge of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and Cybersecurity (ISO 21434)Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills

️ Good to Have:Exposure to zonal / centralized architecturesExperience in Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) programsKnowledge of OTA, vehicle gateways, high-speed EthernetExperience with global automotive platforms

Education:BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech - Electrical / Electronics / Automotive / Mechatronics
