Electrical Control Maintenance Technician (PCB)

We are looking for an Electrical Control Maintenance Technician (PCB) to handle PCB repair, troubleshoot electrical issues, and support product quality improvement in a manufacturing environment. Job DescriptionDiagnose and repair electrical control components (PCB, mainboards, inverter, sensors) from production and after-sales returnsAnalyze defective products to identify root causes (material, assembly, or design issues)Collect and report repair data (fault trends, failure frequency) for continuous improvementMaintain repair equipment and support process optimization to ensure quality standardsManage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of key electronic componentsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Automation Engineering or related field1–3 years of experience, with at least 2 years in PCB or circuit board repair (home appliance industry preferred)Strong knowledge of digital & analog circuits; able to read schematics and PCB layoutsSkilled in using repair tools (soldering, hot air gun, multimeter, oscilloscope) and PCB soldering (SMT; BGA/QFP is a plus)Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, and familiar with ESD and air conditioning control systems
