Electrical Foreman

We're looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial electrical projects from start to finish. If you're a strong leader who takes pride in quality work, job site safety, and keeping projects on schedule, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial job sites.
• Plan and coordinate daily work activities.
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors.
• Order and manage materials as needed.
• Train and mentor apprentices and less experienced electricians.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site.
• Complete daily reports and communicate project progress.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial electrical experience.
• Previous Foreman or Crew Leader experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the NEC and commercial electrical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot field issues.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
