Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities Perform routine preventive maintenance of equipment to minimize breakdowns and downtime.Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.Manage spare parts inventory, including planning, availability, and cost control.Handle resource and manpower management, including technicians and external vendors.Track and analyze maintenance costs and support cost optimization initiatives.Drive technician skill development through training and on the job coaching.Lead and support improvement projects in conversion and operational efficiency.Monitor power and fuel consumption, implement energy saving and cost reduction initiatives.Oversee utility systems and forklift management to ensure availability, safety, and compliance.
