Your Key Responsibilities

• Contractor controls inc. induction, permitting and GMP.
• KPI reporting
• PM planning and Scheduling in conjunction with function head
• Completion of planned and unplanned maintenance.
• To ensure that electrical engineering compliance is maintained at all times through audit completion, planned work completion and shared learning with the site team.
• To maintain the library of all technical, legal and Insurance electrical engineering documentation
• Ensure all electrical equipment meets statutory and H&S standards and elevate any areas of concern outside of their own control.
• Improving electrical safety of equipment
• Fault finding in Electrical, PLC and other control systems
• Maintenance of instrumentation and installation of all Electrical control equipment when needed
• Undertake electrical PPM, inspection testing, commissioning and basic repairs to plant and equipment through direct and organisation of third party contractors.
• Provide assistance to maintenance on mechanical related work as the business requires.
• Replacement of obsolete technology for which replacement parts are difficult or impossible to obtain.
• Modifications to existing controls for improved process control, reliability, safety and compliance with OSHA requirements
• Site electrical duty holder responsible person or support position.
• Completion of audits to identify key improvement areas and electrical panel standards adherence to company policy.
