Electrical Project Engineer

Job DescriptionElectrical Maintenance Planning & ExecutionPlan, organize, and control all electrical maintenance activities—including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance—in alignment with SOPs.Ensure maintenance tasks support equipment reliability and smooth plant operations.Cost Control & Resource ManagementMonitor and control spare parts usage, maintenance costs, and overtime spending.Drive continuous cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or safety.Team Supervision & Daily OperationsLead and coordinate daily activities of the electrical maintenance team to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks.Ensure all activities follow safety standards, operational procedures, and engineering best practices.Performance Analysis & Process ImprovementConduct performance analyses of business processes and lead improvement or automation initiatives to support operational excellence.Identify and resolve inefficiencies to enhance reliability and productivity.Talent Development & Cross-Departmental SupportSupport the Department Head in building team capability and developing employee technical skills.Provide training and technical assistance to other departments as needed to strengthen workforce performance.Sustainability & Compliance ImplementationExecute sustainability and compliance programs, including ISO standards, EMS, Safety, and MBOS.Ensure business sustainability through continuous improvement and adherence to regulatory requirements.Energy & Emissions OptimizationMonitor and manage energy and steam consumption of machine operations.Lead initiatives to improve energy efficiency and support low-carbon emission goals. Job RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing or large-scale construction projects.Demonstrated expertise in project-based electrical engineering, including maintenance and operational support.Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.Proficient communication skills; English ability is an advantage.Willing to work on-site in OKI, South Sumatra
