Job Description Job Description North Star Electric is looking for an Electrical Project Manager to run the Carolina projects! Multifamily experience a major plus! You must have previous electrical experience to apply!
As a project manager, you will: * Plan, coordinate, and manage electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget * Review project specifications, drawings, and technical documents * Lead project teams, including engineers, electricians, subcontractors, and vendors * Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders * Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards * Manage procurement of materials and equipment * Identify and resolve project issues and risks proactively * Conduct site visits and oversee on-site work as needed * Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred) * Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or similar role * Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and industry standards * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite * PMP certification (preferred but not required) * 2-5 years as an electrical crew lead, field manager.
