BESCO is looking for a strong Electrical Superintendent to lead complex electrical projects.
Position Overview
As we continue to expand our construction portfolio, we are seeking an Electrical Superintendent who brings both technical expertise and disciplined project implementation leadership to the table. This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role where precision, coordination, and safety are paramount, and where your leadership directly impacts successful project delivery.
You’ll play a key role in leading complex electrical scopes, working alongside experienced teams, to execute work that meets the demanding standards of critical environments with precision, coordination, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day field operations for electrical scopes on large-scale construction projects.
- Coordinate and direct field crews, safety teams, foreman and subcontractors
- Partner closely with project management to maintain schedule, productivity, quality, and budget goals
- Plan and sequence work activities to maintain efficient workflow and avoid project delays
- Oversee installation of complex electrical systems including power distribution, switchgear, and backup systems
- Monitor project performance with respect to quality versus specifications, progress versus schedule, and cost versus budget.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards and project requirements
- Conduct site walks, track progress, and proactively address issues in the field
- Support workforce planning, material coordination, and site logistics
- Foster a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement

- Proven ability to manage crews and proactively keep projects on schedule
- Solid working knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices
