You will carry out responsive repairs, testing, maintenance, inspections, and planned electrical works across our clients extensive housing portfolio.

• Carrying out electrical repairs and fault finding
• Performing testing and inspection works
• Undertaking planned maintenance and improvement projects
• Ensuring all work complies with current regulations and safety standards
• Delivering excellent customer service to residents
• Participating in the Out of Hours Call-Out Rota (approximately 1 week in every 12)

Essential Criteria

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Qualification
• Ability to participate in the Out of Hours Call-Out Rota
• Current full UK Driving Licence
