Job AdvertEndoscopy LeadFull Time - 37.5 HoursOaklands HospitalWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Endoscopy Lead to lead our high-performing endoscopy unit at Oaklands Hospital. This is a pivotal role responsible for the operational and strategic management of the service, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care in line with JAG accreditation standards.As an effective, compassionate and visible leader you will drive the operational success of the team clinically to promote and ensure the delivery of the highest quality patient care. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic and operational leadership to the endoscopy team.Ensure compliance with JAG standards and support the unit’s accreditation and re-accreditation processes.Oversee service delivery, workforce planning, and resource management.Drive continuous improvement in patient experience, safety, and clinical outcomes.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support innovation and service development.Qualifications & ExperienceRegistered Nurse (NMC) with relevant clinical qualifications.Demonstrable experience in endoscopy or a related acute care setting.Proven leadership experience in a healthcare environment.Evidence of continuing professional development in leadership, management, or clinical practice.Why join us?At Ramsay Health Care UK, our people are at the heart of our success.
