Job Description
Role Description As an Engagement Manager at Orium, you will lead the successful delivery of digital commerce and retail technology initiatives for enterprise clients across the Americas (Canada, US, Mexico, LATAM). Partner closely with a Product Manager on larger, complex engagements. Own delivery timelines, budget tracking, risk mitigation, and cross-functional team coordination.
Serve as the primary client-facing engagement leader on other engagements. Guide delivery conversations and ensure alignment across stakeholders. Responsibilities Engagement & Client Leadership Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for clients.
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders. Facilitate planning sessions and alignment workshops. Provide transparent reporting on budget tracking and project health indicators.
Partner closely with Product Managers to ensure scope clarity. Delivery Excellence Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation through launch. Own budget monitoring, resource alignment, and financial tracking.
Identify risks early and drive timely mitigation strategies. Guide cross-functional teams through Agile delivery frameworks. Ensure consistent execution of Scrum ceremonies and delivery best practices.
Continuous Improvement Champion continuous improvement in delivery processes. Contribute to strengthening Orium’s delivery maturity. Support internal alignment across delivery, product, and client teams.
Qualifications 3+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, or client-facing consulting roles. Demonstrated success delivering design and development projects. Hands-on experience managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional delivery teams.
Confident leading client-facing discussions. Proven experience working with US or Canadian clients. Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and modern product development environments.
Fluent in both Spanish and English — written and verbal. Familiarity with eCommerce, headless architecture, retail POS/OMS systems, or enterprise digital transformation is an asset. Benefits Flexible schedule of full-time hours with a remote-first setup.
