Company: Educational Qualification : - BE or BTech in Engineering Experience Min - 5 - 10 Yrs

Roles and responsibilities:;- 1 Feasibility Study Feasibility study during RFQ and project execution face to derive the processes, materials, identify the gaps and initiate actions to close. 2

Qualifications Initiate and coordinate with the other stake holders to qulaification processes 3 Approvals and audits Coordinate with the teams to get approvals through Customer audits and NADCAP audits 4

Process development When there is a new processes identified and planned to develpe it inhouse, initiate development of the processes by identifying technical requirements, materials, set up requirements etc. 5 Documentations

Develop and maintain the necessarry process related technical documentation and keep it upto date. 6 Support NPD team Coordinate with the project team to ensure an error free process definition by provideing necessary technical inputs on the processes, deriving the instructions, reviewing etc. 7

ECN handling Ensures all the technical documentations are up-to-date. Gap analysis shall be performed for each changes and shall be implemented according to the companies internal procedures Regilatory complience Actions shall be initiated for the communications recieved from the customers on the regulatory requirements of chemicals and processes. 8

Spec consumptions All the specificatiosn shall be reviewed and ensure proper consumption in each processes and products
