Engineering Program Manager (Director)

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Director of Engineering Program Management to lead NPI program execution across our Building Automation business group. You'll report to the Projects VP/GM and partner with our global PMO Head to drive Wall-to-Wall program delivery at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end NPI program execution across Fire, Security, BMS, and demand reduction portfolios
• Lead go-to-market strategy, product deployment, and customer adoption (Beta/Early Adopter programs)
• Drive GBE roadmap attainment aligned to STRAP goals
• Manage program budgets, AOP planning, and regulatory compliance
• Engage vertical leaders and channel partners to align roadmaps and accelerate growth
• Oversee O&M and real-time project executions, including change requests and customer deployments
• Build and lead high-performing global teams in a matrixed environment
• Partner with ODMs, OEMs, and third-party vendors as needed

What You Bring

• 10+ years of W2W program management experience in building solutions (BMS, Fire, Security, SaaS)
• 5+ years driving NPI execution, GBE roadmaps, and new growth initiatives
• 3+ years managing commercial buildings or healthcare vertical engagements
• Experience with smart city partnerships and large-scale technology deployments
• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering; PMP certification preferred
