Job Description :Collaborate with Market Intelligence & Strategic Management to connecting technology opportunities with market demand, customer needs, & competitive movementDevelop & maintain Technology Landscape Mapping for each existing business stream, include maturity level, technology lifecycle, cost benchmark, scalability, & operational fitDevelop technical concept design, such as warehouse layout & flow, machinery & automation concepts, transport system design, etcProvide technical recommendation for shortlisting business opportunities or partnershipsOversee integration of new technologies across Subs and ensure compatibility with existing systems, processes, or standards Requirement :Bachelor degree in Chemical EngineeringHas at least 8 years experience in engineering technology or operations improvement in related industries, such as manufacturingHas comprehensive knowledge of the chemical processing industryFluent in EnglishAble to speak Mandarin will be an advantage
