Role Summary:The Entry Level Software Engineer will join our development team to work on full-stack applications. This position offers significant growth opportunities through exposure to various projects and technologies. You'll collaborate with experienced developers who will mentor you while you contribute to meaningful work in our hybrid environment.This hybrid role requires onsite presence at the Norcross HQ twice per week.

Job Duties:Develop and maintain code across the full technology stackDebug issues and implement solutions to complex problemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new featuresWrite clean, efficient, and well-documented codeParticipate in code reviews and provide constructive feedbackLearn new technologies and apply them to current projectsAssist in troubleshooting production issues

Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software EngineeringStrong understanding of computer science fundamentals and software development principlesExperience with one or more programming languages from our tech stack (C#, JavaScript, Python)Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS)Basic understanding of database concepts (SQL Server or MySQL)Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skillsAbility to work both independently and collaborate effectively with a teamUnderstanding of when to utilize GenAI tools appropriately and when to code without assistanceGood communication skills (written and verbal)Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:Project experience with one or more technologies in our stack (C#, JS, NodeJS, Python, HTML/CSS)Experience with gitKnowledge of responsive design principlesExperience with AWS or cloud servicesFamiliarity with REST APIs, microservices architecture
