Job Details:
Location: Chandler, Arizona
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $51.40 - $59.04 per hour
Work Hours: 8am to 5pm
Education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project permitting strategies, matrices, schedules, and compliance tracking tools for large-scale semiconductor projects.
• Identify and evaluate required environmental, utility, building, and construction permits while actively managing critical permitting risks.
• Serve as the primary liaison with AHJs, regulatory agencies, clients, and internal teams to support permit reviews, inspections, approvals, and closeouts.
• Ensure all local, state, and federal regulatory requirements are seamlessly incorporated into project execution plans and schedules.
• Support full-lifecycle environmental and construction permitting activities from early planning and engineering through procurement, construction, and startup.
