ERP Senior Analyst-SCM SME

Position Overview:The ideal candidate will serve as the primary SCM functional expert across various modules including Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO), Order Management (OM), Advanced Pricing, and iProcurement, with a focus on India Localization for GST, TDS, and other local requirements.

Key Responsibilities: Functional Leadership:Act as the primary SCM functional expert for Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, and iProcurementLead solution design workshops and gather business requirementsTranslate business needs into functional specifications (FSDs)

India Localization Expertise:Drive the implementation of India-specific localization features in OracleImplement GST, TDS, and localization for Receivables and PayablesEnsure compliance with Indian statutory and regulatory frameworksWork with Oracle's India Localization module (Oracle Financials for India)

Solution Design & Configuration:Configure SCM modules in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 based on business requirementsDefine item setups, inventory organizations, and procurement workflowsManage Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cyclesEnsure integration with Finance modules (AP, AR, GL)

Stakeholder Management:Act as the bridge between business users, technical teams, and project managementConduct workshops, CRP (Conference Room Pilots), and user demosProvide expert guidance to senior stakeholders

Project Delivery:Lead end-to-end implementation phases:Requirement gathering, design, build & configuration, testing (SIT, UAT)Go-live & hypercareEnsure deliverables meet timelines, scope, and quality standards
