ERP Senior Consultant (Finance)

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior ERP Finance Consultant to lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects with a focus on Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. This role involves business process analysis, solution design, system configuration, stakeholder management, and post-implementation support.Key Responsibilities1. ERP Implementation & Project DeliveryLead full-cycle ERP implementations (planning, blueprint, configuration, testing, go-live, support)Analyze client business processes and provide best-practice ERP financial solutionsConfigure and customize ERP Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Controlling, Profitability Analysis)Ensure project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget2.

Business Process & Solution DesignTranslate business requirements into functional specificationsDesign end-to-end finance processes aligned with ERP capabilitiesProvide recommendations for process improvements and automationEnsure compliance with local accounting standards and regulations3. Stakeholder & Client ManagementAct as the main point of contact for finance-related ERP topicsConduct workshops, user training, and system demonstrationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (SCM, HR, Technical)Manage client expectations and provide strategic advisory4. Testing & SupportLead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and system validationTroubleshoot system issues and provide functional supportEnsure smooth data migration and system integrationProvide post-go-live support and continuous improvement5.

Team LeadershipMentor junior consultants and guide project teamsReview deliverables and ensure quality standardsSupport pre-sales activities and solution proposalsRequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related fieldExperience5–8+ years of ERP consulting experience (Finance/FICO)Proven experience in at least 2–3 full-cycle ERP implementationsExperience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or services is a plusTechnical SkillsStrong knowledge of:Financial Accounting (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting)Management Accounting (Cost Center, Profit Center, CO-PA)Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)Understanding of integration with other modules (MM, SD, HR)Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder managementLeadership and project management capabilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environmentLanguage (Optional but Preferred)English (fluent)Mandarin is a strong advantage for regional projects
