Position: Finance Accounting ManagerWork Location: Alam Sutera, Tangerang

Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in FMCG / manufacturing industryStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial reportingExperience handling full set of accounts & closing processExperience with ERP systems (SAP B1 or equivalent is preferred)Proven leadership experience in managing a teamStrong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skillsAble to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentWilling to work full WFO in Alam Sutera, Tangerang

Job Responsibilities:Financial Reporting & Closing: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK/IFRS, including full cycle closingAccounting Operations: Oversee general ledger, journal entries, account reconciliation, and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial dataAccounts Payable & Receivable: Supervise AP/AR processes, ensure timely invoicing, collection, payment, and reconciliationBudgeting & Cash Flow Management: Lead budgeting process, monitor actual vs budget, and manage company cash flowCosting & Inventory Control: Manage inventory costing and financial control for multi-SKU products, especially in FMCG/manufacturing environmentAudit & Internal Control: Coordinate internal and external audit processes and ensure strong internal control implementationERP & System Improvement: Support implementation and optimization of ERP systems (SAP B1 or equivalent) and improve financial processesTeam Leadership: Lead, supervise, and develop finance & accounting team to ensure high performanceCross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, supply chain, and management for financial planning and business decisions
