Private Staff Group is seeking a proactive, operationally minded Household / Estate Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a sophisticated multi-property family environment based in Oak Brook, Illinois.
This role is a good fit for a highly organized, systems-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving private household environment and naturally takes ownership of operations, logistics, vendors, projects, and household systems.
The environment includes a primary residence in Oak Brook, a secondary lakefront residence, active family travel, and integrated household and executive operations.
The successful candidate will oversee:
- Multi-property household and estate operations
- Vendor, contractor, and maintenance coordination
- Household systems, organization, and operational workflows
- Seasonal property preparation and project oversight
- Family logistics and lifestyle support
- Guest readiness, entertaining support, and operational execution
- NINES or similar household management platform coordination
This is not a purely administrative role. We're looking for someone comfortable balancing leadership with hands-on operational support when needed to ensure the residences always operate seamlessly and proactively.
