Event Operations Manager

Job Description:Seamless management of all physical, hybrid and virtual elements (on-site production, speaker coordination, logistics management, vendor management, layout planning, recce, virtual event execution etc) for projects managed by Created Business (Redcell, Greycell, Greencell, Exhibitions, sports etc).Campaign management - plan and execute marketing initiatives to promote various initiative and events executed by CBPre-empting crises and managing the same on the goPrepare event / project costingManagement of vendors (event agencies- immediate and last-mile wherever required), other media,Seamless coordination with internal stakeholders - Business Development teams, Creative, B&C, Finance, RAD etc.Understanding of the events market and updating team on latest news in that space.Process Purity - Ensure internal processes are adhered in letter and spiritLiaising - Coordinate with external bodies (govt and non-governmental) for permissions depending upon type of eventHandle special assignments and projects as per organisational requirements Requirements:High passion towards events and activations - physical / digital / PhygitalRight attitude with ability to work with a highly cross-functional teamWillingness to roll up sleeves and get things done, systematic in approach, work on the ground with varied categories of people, eagerness to learn the unknown & attempt the uncharteredExperience in visualising events and translating them to on-ground / digital experiencesEthically strong with good moral valuesAbility and experience in managing multiple events parallelyAround 5-7 years' experience in managing various kinds of physical, phygital and digital events - large format, activations, musical, conferences etcShould have good contacts in the market w.r.t vendors especiallyExperience in liaising with external agencies and various departments at the time of the eventShould speak, read and write Tamil and English (skills with more languages is a bonus)
