Restaurant Events and Office Coordinator – Full Time

Requirements • Excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a collaborative, fast-paced setting • Proficient with computers, email, and Microsoft Office Suite • Previous experience in event coordination, restaurant reservations, or hospitality operations preferred • Experience with OpenTable, Resy, XtraChef, QuickBooks, and Toast is a plus • Spanish speaking is a plus
About the Role
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Respond to incoming event inquiries timely and manage the event calendar • Organizing large party reservations and private events, coordinating details such as menus, room layouts and other client needs with kitchen and front-of-house teams • Answering phone calls and emails regarding reservations and general questions • Managing office organization, maintenance schedules, and administrative systems • Updating inventory, uploading invoices, and matching them to payments • Reviewing payroll, clock-ins, tips, and employee documentation • Receiving deliveries and signing invoices if needed • Supporting restaurant management with additional tasks as needed
Compensation and Benefits • Hourly rate: $19-21/hour • Bonus for events brought to the restaurant • Opportunities for professional growth
