Role Description The Executive Administrative Assistant at Essence Innovation will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring efficient daily operations in the Chandigarh, India office. This full-time, on-site role includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and coordinating internal and external communications. The role involves preparing reports and presentations, handling confidential information with discretion, and maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems.
The Executive Administrative Assistant will also manage phone calls and correspondence, support clerical tasks such as document preparation and data entry, and assist with office coordination and meeting logistics. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and proactive problem-solving will be key to success in this position. This position can be filled by a fresher and or people with HR background.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage daily office operations and documentation efficiently.
- Candidates should possess solid Executive Administrative Assistance experience, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and support for senior leadership.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to handle calls, emails, and stakeholder interactions professionally.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with office productivity tools (such as word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, and email/calendar systems).
- Candidates should possess the ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Candidates should possess a relevant educational background, such as a diploma or degree in business administration or a related field; prior experience in a fast-paced tech or healthcare environment is an advantage.
