Executive Assistant Coverage

A busy and fast-paced corporate office is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for a temporary coverage assignment supporting a group of senior executives during a planned leave (June 22 - July 17). This role will support a team of six C-suite executives with the heaviest focus on complex Outlook calendar management for 2 individuals, executive scheduling, travel coordination, and high-level ad-hoc administrative support. This is an in office position located downtown Calgary.

What You’ll Be Doing: Managing complex executive calendars and scheduling across multiple senior leaders Coordinating internal and external meetings with executives, shareholders, and international contacts Monitoring and managing executive inboxes and communications Supporting travel coordination and handling schedule changes/issues as they arise Assisting with meeting preparation, formatting, correspondence, and ad hoc executive support requests What We’re Looking For: Strong Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite or senior executive teams Advanced Outlook and complex calendar management experience is required Professional, confident, and comfortable supporting a variety of individuals in a demanding environment Highly organized with excellent communication skills and the ability to pivot quickly Able to work independently and step into a busy role with minimal supervision Strong Microsoft Office skills At Aplin — together with our brands CompuStaff, Impact Recruitment, and Vantix Systems — we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
